The petitioner is accused in connection with Salimpur P.S. Case No. 58 of 2015 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 326, 379 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
The prosecution case is that informant, Raj Kishore Prasad, is the witness of murder of his cousin, Jai Pradash, in which Rudal Rai and his relatives are accused, due to that reason on instruction of co-accused, Rudal Rai, petitioner shot fire at the beard of the informant and Rudal Rai also shot fire at the right hand of the informant.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, in fact, petitioner is the relative of co-accused, Rudal Rai, due to that

No.51446 of 2015 (2) dt.21-12-2015 reason he has falsely been implicated in this case with allegation to causing firearm at beard of the informant but there was no grievous injury sustained on the face of the informant. Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the J.M. Ist Class, Barh, Patna, in connection with Salimpur P.S. Case No. 58 of 2015. Out of two sureties, one surety must be the parent or close relative of the petitioner.
