2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Rajpur P.S. Case No.-247 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 304(B) and 201/34 of IPC.

3. As per the prosecution case, it is a case of dowry death due to non-fulfilment of dowry demand.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He next submits that petitioner is married sister-in-law of the deceased and she has no concern with the mess and business of the deceased and her husband. Similarly situated co-accused has already been granted bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.11742 of 2024(2) dt.21-03-2024 2/2 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 78458 of 2023 and she is in custody since 29.09.2023.

Learned APP appearing for the State, opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner. 6.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be directed to be released on bail in connection with Rajpur P.S. Case No.247 of 2023 on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Buxar.
