The petitioner, Sheela Devi, seeks regular bail in Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No.198 of 2014, registered under Sections 304(B), 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Suresh Prasad Sah, the father of the victim, alleged that his daughter was married to Dilip Kumar Sah, but thereafter his son-in-law and other persons started demanding Motorcycle and a chain made of gold. It is alleged that on 03.09.2014, his daughter was killed.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the mother-in-law of the deceased. No specific allegation is made against the petitioner. The informant has not ever complained about ill-treatment by the petitioner. The petitioner, mother-in-law, is in jail since 03.09.2014.

It appears that after recovery of the dead body of Sudha Kumari, daughter of the informant, the informant lodged the case and made all the family members including the husband of the deceased accused, but the informant did not make any specific allegation against the petitioner.
Considering the fact that the petitioner is the mother-in-law and no specific allegation has been made against her, her prayer for bail is allowed.
The petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No.198 of 2014.
