The petitioner is accused in connection with Sasaram (Model) P.S. Case No. 629 of 2015 registered under Section 412 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

The accusation is of recovery of Rs. 50,000/- cash and two live cartridges from the possession for the petitioner in course of checking the Bus by the police, while co-accused, Ramesh Kumar Singh, was found in possession of one loaded pistol and Rs.50,000/- cash.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner, who is the lady, has falsely been implicated in this case

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51449 of 2015 (2) dt.21-12-2015 as she is the friend of co-accused, Ramesh Kumar Singh @ Mukesh Kumar Singh, and after arrest in the present case, the petitioner has been made accused in Sasaram (Model) P.S. Case No. 599 of 2015, in which, she is on bail, vide order dated 30.11.2015 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 52034 of 2015. Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram, in connection with Sasaram (Model) P.S.
