Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

On the alleged date and time of occurrence, all the FIR named accused persons including this petitioner kidnapped the informant's granddaughter with the intention to solemnize marriage with her.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that victim in her statement u/s164 Cr.P.C that she is 20 years old and she herself had gone to Hyderabad with petitioner and solemnized marriage in a temple with him and no one forced her to do so. The petitioner claims clean antecedent.

Considering the victims statement u/s 164 Cr.P.C and aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M. Ist Class Jhanjaharpur, District- Madhubani in connection with Ghoghardiha P.S. case no 89 of 2019 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
