ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 06-10-2016 In view of the fact that the grievance of the Opposite Party No.2 has been met through the process of mediation and in accordance with mediation report only a sum of Rs.3500/- remains due to the Opposite Party No.2 from the petitioner, let the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Complaint Case No.1441C of 2014 (Tr. No.2787 of 2015), subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
