JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 17-06-2019 This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Ujiyarpur P.S. Case No. 17 of 2018, disclosing offences under Sections 409 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner is of defalcation of Rs. 17, 77, 569/- from the account of Primary Health Centre Ujiarpur, where the petitioner is accountant. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the has already deposited Rs. Six Lakhs and ready to deposit the remaining amount if some reasonable time is granted to the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the State opposed the prayer for bail on the ground that a huge defalcation of Government money has been done.

Having heard both sides considering the facts and
