Heard the parties in virtual Court.

Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272,273,120(B) IPC and Sections 30(a)32(ii) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Allegation is of recovery of liquor. Petitioners have got not criminal antecedent. They are in custody since 20.11.2020. Investigation of the case is already complete. Since this is the first offence alleged against the petitioners, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) each

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.19310 of 2021(2) dt.17-08-2021 2/2 with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Bochahan Police Station Case No.315 of 2020 with following conditions:

(a) Both the bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.

(b) The petitioners shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.

(c) The petitioners shall not leave the country without permission of the trial Court.
