2. Due to absence of the Law Officer on the last date, the Court was forced to pass an order of the personal appearance of the opposite party no. 4, the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Nalanda at Biharsharif.

3. Today on call, the Law Officer has diligently appeared and has taken this Court to the different show cause to show that an order was passed in the year 2019-20 itself by which the petitioner's suspension was revoked with further

Patna High Court MJC No.442 of 2019(8) dt.13-03-2024 2/2 direction to make payment of the entire amount from August, 2004 to 13th February, 2019 amounting to Rs. 22,71,124/-.

4. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that though the suspension stands revoked and payment made, he has number of grievances as he remained suspended for 15 long years.

5. This Court has sympathy for the petitioner but the other grievances has to be get redressed by filing an appropriate petition.

6. M.J.C. No. 442 of 2019 stands disposed of.

7. The personal appearance of opposite party no. 4, the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Nalanda at Biharsharif is dispensed with.
