The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code. As per the prosecution case, while the informant was going to Patna and reached eastern side of Dadar pul at about 8.45 PM, three boys came on a motorcycle and stopped him. One of the boy pointed pistol at his chest and told him to give all the belongings and in course of snatching, one of the boys shot him, which hit near his chest and this petitioner was caught by the informant and pedestrians assembled there told the name other two boys, who were with him in snatching the belongings. Considering the nature of accusation and the fact that petitioner was caught on spot and he has got nine criminal
