Petitioner is accused in connection with Rajepur P.S. Case No. 52 of 2014 registered under Sections 392 of the I.P.C. and 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. In course of investigation, the Police got recorded the confessional statement of co-accused Ratnesh Kumar Yadav showing his involvement in the present case and this petitioner. It is also submitted that petitioner has been made accused by the Police in 8 other cases. Except the confessional statement of co-accused, there is nothing against the petitioner. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of S.D.J.M., Sikrahana, East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Rajepur P.S.
