For issuance of direction to the respondent to consider the case of the petitioner to make payment of arrear due of above said claim in para -1 of the petitioner under State Health Society Bihar rules, Government of Bihar.

For issuance of an appropriate writ/order direction in favor of the petitioner as your lordship may deem fit and proper in facts and circumstances of the case."

Learned counsel for the petitioner, under instructions, states that the petitioner shall be content if the petitioner is permitted to withdraw the present petition, with liberty to initiate appropriate proceedings before the appropriate forum and to take recourse to such other alternate remedies which are equally efficacious in law.
