Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 461, 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

Submission is that FIR is against unknown. No incriminating article was recovered from possession of the petitioner. Investigation of the case against the petitioner is already complete. Petitioner is in custody since 01.11.2020. Considering the entire facts aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned

(b) Both the bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below.

(c) The petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the learned trial court.
