The petitioner, Paras Patel, seeks regular bail in Laukariya P.S. Case No.84 of 2012, registered under Sections 392 of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioner is not named in the first information report. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Name of the petitioner came to light on the basis of the statement made by one Jitendra Patel that he was using the looted mobile. Jitendra Patel disclosed that the petitioner has given him the aforesaid mobile for repairing. Petitioner is also said to have disclosed that Gulab Patel gave him that mobile. Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that the petitioner is in jail since 25.07.2014, his prayer for bail is allowed.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.52178 of 2014 (2) dt.07-01-2015 2/2 The petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bagaha, West Champaran in connection with Laukariya P.S. Case No.84 of 2012.
