2.

In this case, the petitioner is challenging his transfer order from Sitamarhi to Bhagalpur as has been claimed by the petitioner that six month earlier he was transferred to Smastipur in very short span of time, he cannot be transferred on administering ground. 3.

Though it is an general order of transfer, the petitioner has been transferred on administration ground, but no such entry has been recorded with respect to other candidate except this petitioner but in

Patna High Court CWJC No.11541 of 2018 dt.18-07-2018 2/2 the column of petitioner, the reason has been mentioned transfer on administrative ground. However, the counsel for the petitioner submits that he has already been relieved from Sitamarhi and also joined Bhagalpur.

4.

In such view of the mater, it appears that the petitioner has already filed a representation to Principal Secretary, Water Resources Department, Govt. of Bihar, Patna dated 6.6.18. Let the Principal Secretary consider the representation of petitioner about his grievance raised by him in this representation.
