2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Khajauli P.S. Case No. 80 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 366(A), 323, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8 of the POCSO Act.

3. The petitioner is accused of kidnapping the victim girl.

4. The victim girl in her statement has said that she had eloped with the petitioner and got married with him in Gujarat. The petitioner is in jail since 05.08.2023.

5. Learned APP for the State and learned counsel for the informant have opposed the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge, VI cum-Special Judge (POCSO), Madhubani in connection with Khajauli P.S.
