2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Lakhisarai P.S. Case No. 495 of 2024, registered for offences under Sections 74, 78, 126 (2), 115(2), 109(1), 352, 351 (2) and section 3(5) of the BNS, 2023.
3. The petitioner is the accused of assaulting the victim. The petitioner is the father of the accused Dilkhush Kumar who was teasing the victim girl. Subsequently it has been submitted that this false FIR is filed by the Abhinav Kumar.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner has clean antecedent. There is case and counter case between the parties.

5. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.
6. Considering the aforesaid circumstances, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed.
7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Lakhisarai/ concerned court below in connection with Lakhisarai P.S. Case No. 495 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Ranjeet/- U T
