The petitioner is accused in connection with Chakai P.S. Case No. 106 of 2015 registered under Section 3/4 of the Explosive Substance Act and Sections 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21 and 22 of the U.A.P.A.

The accusation is that the police apprehended the petitioner and one Raju Yadav, who were found in possession of mobile sets, one plastic bag containing 15 Kg. Ammonium Niterate, 15 piece NEOGEL, 901 25 mm Explosive and 125 g Amin Explosive Pvt. Ltd. and other materials. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51064 of 2015 (3) dt.05-02-2016 26.08.2015. It is further submitted that co-accused, Raju Yadav, has already been granted privilege of bail by a Bench of this Court vide order dated 30.11.2015 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 53763 of 2015.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sessions Judge, Jamui, in connection with Chakai P.S. Case No. 106 of 2015 corresponding to U.P.A. Case No. 93 of 2015. Out of two sureties, one surety must be the close relative of the petitioner. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) Bhardwaj/- U T
