1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 325, 324, 307, 353 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is a person with clean antecedent and is a young girl aged about 23 years and is daughter of Rajiv Kumar Singh. It is further submitted that petitioner being daughter of Rajiv Kumar Singh came to be implicated in the instant case by the informant with an allegation that the informant had gone to arrest Rajiv Kumar Singh and he was apprehended but then his family members including the petitioner created ruckus and the petitioner bite constable Prashant Kumar. Further on account of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.13388 of 2024(2) dt.19-03-2024 2/2 commotion and ruckus created Rajiv Kumar Singh fled. It is next submitted that Rajiv Kumar Singh along with Sanjeev Singh had approached this court seeking anticipatory bail by filing Cr. Misc. No.15069/2024 and the same was allowed by an order dated 13.03.2024 passed by this court. It is thus submitted that the case of the petitioner is on better footing as she has been implicated only to coerce Rajiv Kumar Singh into submission.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

5. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner above-named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Sonepur P.S. Case No.1063/2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
