====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE DR. ANSHUMAN ORAL ORDER 01-02-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the Corporation.

Counter affidavit has been filed by the counsel for the Corporation itself which is accepted.

Upon going through the counter affidavit, counsel for the petitioner submits that all the grievances have been settled and the case is infructuous in the light of the said counter affidavit, but he seeks liberty that in case if any of his grievances has not settled, than he may file fresh representation before the Executive Officer of the concerned circle. In this view of the matter, this writ petition is hereby disposed off with the liberty aforesaid.
