Petitioner apprehends his arrest in Excise Case No.280c2 of 2018, registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

According to the prosecution report, three litres country made liquor is said to have been recovered by the side of road situated near the house of the petitioner and for that it is submitted that the petitioner is made accused. It cannot be said that the recovery is made from conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner has no manner of concern with the recovery.
