Petitioner is accused in connection with Koch P.S. Case No. 78 of 2014 registered under Section 392 of the I.P.C. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. In course of investigation, name of the petitioner has come in the confessional statement of co-accused Kamlesh Paswan and Amresh Paswan showing his involvement in the present case and the alleged motorcycle has been recovered from the possession of co-accused Kamlesh Paswan. Due to that reasons, petitioner has been made accused in four other cases by the Police and remanded on 28.07.2014 and since then he is in custody. It is also submitted that

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51494 of 2015 (2) dt.22-12-2015 2/2 the occurrence is of 24.05.2014, but till now, the petitioner has not been put on Test Identification Parade.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Gaya in connection with Koch P.S. Case No. 78 of 2014. Out of two sureties, one surety must be parents or close relatives of the petitioner.
