27.04.2016 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State.

The Petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offences under Sections 452, 323, 324, 307, 380 and 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

In view of the Report of the Trial Court that the Petitioner is suffering from mental illness and his father, Nageshwar Singh wants release for his treatment which he undertakes to get done, let the Petitioner, above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 5,000/- (Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each or any other surety as fixed by the Court to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge-VI, Saran at Chapra in connection with Mashrakh P.S. Case No. 155 of 2011 subject to the condition that one of the bailors will be a close relative of the Petitioner who will
