The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 41 of 2018, registered under Sections 376 and 506/34 of Indian Penal Code and 4/6 of the POCSO Act, pending in the Court of learned 1st Addl. Sessions Judge-cumSpecial Judge, POCSO, Muzaffarpur. The accusation is of committing rape by the petitioner upon the minor daughter of the informant. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case due to dirty village politics. Further submission is that in the medical examination, no injury was found on the private part of the victim. The petitioner is in

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and nature of allegation against the petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the prayer of the petitioner, above named, is rejected.
