1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.
2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Ghoghardiha P.S. Case No. 73 of 2023 (G.R. No. 785 of 2023) registered under Sections 409, 420 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that similarly situated co-accused Rambha Devi has already been granted anticipatory bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 07.02.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 3640 of
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.16060 of 2024(2) dt.21-03-2024 2/3 2024.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate-I, Jhanjharpur, Madhubani in connection with Ghoghardiha P.S. Case No. 73 of 2023 (G.R. No. 785 of 2023), subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. and with other following conditions:- (i) Petitioners will co-operate in the trial and will be properly represented on each and every date fixed by the Court and will remain physically present as directed by the Court and on their absence on two consecutive dates without sufficient reason, their bail bonds shall be cancelled by the Court below. (ii) If the petitioners tamper with the evidence or the witnesses, in that case, the prosecution will be at liberty to move for cancellation of bail.
(iii) And further condition that the Court below shall verify the criminal antecedent of the petitioners and in case at any stage it is found that the petitioners have concealed their

However, the acceptance of bail bonds in terms of the above-mentioned order shall not be delayed for purpose of or in the name of verification.
