Admittedly, petitioner is husband of the deceased and his marriage was solemnized 30 years ago.

No doubt, there is accusation against the petitioner that he administered poison to the deceased but in course of investigation witnesses stated that the deceased consumed poison due to family feud.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in K. Nagar P.S. Case no. 522/2014.
