JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 25-06-2019 Admittedly, as per order dated 8.4.2019, which has not been challenged by the respondents, entire retiral dues, except salary for the period March, 2012 to February, 2013 and 1.9.2001 till 29.8.2002, has been paid to the petitioner. The respondents in their counter affidavit have stated that the salary for the aforesaid period has not been paid since the employee

Patna High Court CWJC No.4195 of 2019(7) dt.25-06-2019 2/2 was posted at different place i.e. at Sitamarhi and Belaganj, hence, the District Animal Husbandry Officer, Sitamarhi and Block Animal Husbandry Officer, Belaganj have been written letters so that salary of the petitioner for the aforesaid period can be paid.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and proper to dispose of the present writ petition with a direction to the Regional Director, Animal Husbandry Department, Muzaffarpur to make payment of salary for the period March, 2012 to February, 2013 and 1.9.2001 till 29.8.2002, if admissible and in case the same is not admissible then a reasoned and speaking order shall be passed within a period of eight weeks from today.
