The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offences under Sections 25(1-B), 26(i)(ii) of the Arms Act and Sections 16, 17, 20 and 23 of the UAP Act.

Allegation has been made that a person was trying to flee away whereupon the police party has apprehended him and on search one Katta was recovered from his possession. Petitioner carries one criminal case over his head and he is in jail since 18.5.2014.

Looking to the period of custody, let petitioner, Dhrub Yadav alias Neeraj Yadav, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51348 of 2014 (2) dt.03-03-2015 the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Munger in Kharagpur P.S. Case No.121 of 2014, subject to the conditions that (i) one of the bailors shall close relative of the petitioner (ii) If the petitioner is found involved in future in similar type of case the prosecution will be at liberty to make prayer for cancellation of his bail and the court below will pass necessary order including cancellation of bail and (iii) petitioner would participate in the court proceeding and in the event of being absent on two consecutive dates, the court below will be at liberty to cancel the bail bonds of the petitioner.
