JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 30-04-2018 The writ petitioner by way of the present writ petition has prayed for the following reliefs:- "(a) For issuance of an appropriate writ/order/direction directing the respondents to pay up-to-date salary to the petitioner from May 2015.

(b) For issuance of an appropriate writ/order/direction directing the respondents to sanction leave of the petitioner from 04.05.2015 to 17.09.2015 and from 01.06.2016 to 30.10.2016.

(c) For issuance of an appropriate writ/order/direction directing the respondents to pay Rs. 19216/- towards arrears of Sixth Pay Revision.

(d) For issuance of an appropriate writ/order/direction directing the respondents to pay monetary benefit of 1st and 2nd A.C.P. to the petitioner as A.C.P. has already been granted to

(e) For issuance of an appropriate writ/order/direction quashing the letter dated 15.12.2016 contained in Memo No.542 issued by the Joint Director, Agriculture Census, Revenue and Land Reforms Department, Govt.

of Bihar and to direct the respondents to treat the joining of the petitioner dated 18.09.2015 and thereafter attendance before the Deputy Secretary, Revenue and Land Reforms Department, Govt. of Bihar for the period from 18.09.2015 to 31.05.2016 as service period."

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied in case, the petitioner is given liberty to file a representation regarding his grievances mentioned in the writ petition and the concerned authority is directed to dispose of the same within a specified time frame. Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to file a representation within a period of two weeks from today before the Respondent No. 2 and the Respondent No. 2 is directed to dispose of the same within a period of four weeks thereafter, failing which the said authority shall be visited with penal consequences.
