Perused the order dated 19.04.2016 passed by the court below.

I find no interference with the impugned order as it relates to the valuation of the suit and the court fees matter. The defendant has got nothing to do with the valuation of the suit and payment of the court fee by the plaintiff as has been held by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Sri Rathnavarmaraja Vs. Smt. Vimla AIR 1961 Supreme Court 1299.

Thus, this Civil Miscellaneous Application is dismissed.
