2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 341, 427, 447, 353, 354, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Allegation is that petitioner and co-accused Karu Prasad came to the school in inebriated state and took photographs of the girls students and on protest accused persons damaged motorcycle of the informant and also damaged furniture and electric wiring of the school.

4. Petitioner denies the allegation and submits that due to local politics petitioner has falsely been implicated by the informant. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Considering the nature of accusation, prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
