JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 07-04-2021 The present petition is for modification of the order dated 14.12.2020 to the extent that the mobile telephone number of the petitioner may not be demanded at the time of release.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that he does not have mobile telephone number but he has given the mobile telephone number of his wife.

The order dated 14.12.2020 stands modified to the extent that if other conditions except for furnishing

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.13617 of 2021(2) dt.07-04-2021 2/2 the mobile telephone number is concerned, is furnished, he shall be released on bail on same terms and conditions as has been delineated vide order dated 14.12.2020.

The order stands modified to the extent indicated above.
