====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 05-02-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioner is in custody in connection with Excise Case No. 160 of 2020 arising out of Koilwar P.S. Case No. 18 of 2020 for the offenses under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Nothing was recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. In the instant case total 60 ltrs of mahua liquor was recovered. The petitioner is in custody since 22.01.2020.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
