2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the bail petition of the petitioner was rejected earlier by this Court vide order dated 02.07.2024 in Cr. Misc. No. 21971 of 2024 with an observation that the petitioner, if so advised, may renew his prayer for bail after six months. He has further submitted that the stipulated period has already elapsed.

3. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief
