2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present writ application has been filed for a direction to the Police for arrest of the accused persons named in Harnaut P.S. Case No. 213 of 2016 registered under Sections 341, 323, 325,

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.218 of 2022(3) dt.28-08-2023 2/2 504, 307, 384, 120-B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel for the State referring to the counter affidavit submits that all the accused persons have surrendered and granted bail by the learned ACJM-V, Biharsharif. As such, no arrest can be made by the Police pursuant to the request made by the petitioner.

4. In view of the fact that all the accused persons have surrendered and granted bail, this writ application stands dismissed.
