1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Jokihat (Mahalgaon) P.S. Case No. 410 of 2023 registered under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. There is specific allegation against co-accused Sagir and Saddam. Further he submits that in the instant case, final form (Annexure-P/3) has already been submitted. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

4. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below
