The petitioner seeks bail in connection with a case registered for the offence punishable u/s 341, 323, 324, 504, 506, 354, 379 and 34 of the IPC.

The prosecution case in short is that petitioner is said to have inflicted dabia blow on the head of informant's daughter. Other accused persons also assaulted her and her daughter. 4.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is quite innocent and has not committed any offence as alleged in the FIR. No such occurrence, as alleged in the F.I.R., has ever taken place. The petitioner has been falsely

There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner and for the alleged occurrence there is case and counter-case between the parties and both sides have sustained injury. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 05.12.2023. 5.
Learned APP for the State as well as learned counsel for the informant opposed the prayer for bail by submitting that there is specific allegation against the petitioner to assault the daughter of the informant and the injury was found grievous in nature.

Considering the facts and circumstances of this case and the period of custody, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/the Successor Court, in connection with Bettiah Town (Kalibag O.P.)
