Patna High Court CWJC No.11493 of 2018 dt.29-11-2018 2/2 literate Constable and they want to go to General Constable as certain juniors as well as the similarly situated persons are going to get the benefit of transfer, they should also be considered for the same.
Let the Additional Director General of Police, Bihar, Patna (Respondent No.5) should consider the case of the petitioners and will take a decision in accordance with law within a period of four months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
