2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 1713C of 2021 for the offences punishable under Sections 498A and 323 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the dispute between the parties has been settled through process of mediation. The report of the Mediator as well as terms of settlement mutually agreed upon by the parties are kept at 'Flag-C'.

4. Having considered the fact that the dispute between the parties has already been resolved through mediation, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.14672 of 2024(4) dt.29-07-2024 2/2 or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate-I, Araria in connection with Complaint Case No. 1713C of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.
