This application has been filed for restoration of CWJC No. 24309 of 2013, which was dismissed for nonprosecution vide order dated 11.12.2017. For the reasons mentioned in this application, it is allowed and CWJC No. 24309 of 2013 is restored to its original file.

Issue notice to the Respondent by both modes under registered cover with A/D as well as talbana for which requisite etc. must be filed within one week from today. The petitioner will serve two copies of the writ petition in the office of the Advocate General who represents Respondent Nos. 1 to 4.

Patna High Court MJC No.3720 of 2017(2) dt.02-09-2022 2/2 The State will file its counter affidavit within six weeks.

The petitioner will file notices for issuance of notice both under ordinary process as well as speed post upon Respondent Nos. 5 to 7 within two weeks.
