This is the second attempt on behalf of the petitioner for grant of regular bail in connection with Raxaul P.S. Case No.13 of 2022 (Sessions Trial No.706 of 2023) registered for the offence under Sections 376-D & 120-B of the Indian Penal Code.

Earlier, the bail application of the petitioner has been rejected vide order dated 18.10.2023 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No.67992 of 2023.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, relying on the deposition of the informant, has submitted that the petitioner has not been identified by the informant in the trial. 5.

Considering the fact that the informant has

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, East Champaran at Motihari, in connection with Raxaul P.S. Case No. 13 of 2022 (Sessions Trial No.706 of 2023).
