2. This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondent to take appropriate action against the respondent no.5 who have illegally entered into agreement with Annu Infrastructure Private Ltd company with respect to the land of the petitioner and has issued no objecting certificate handing over the land to the Annu Infrastructure Private Ltd. in an illegal manner allowing the later to set up plant over it without any authority of law .

3 . In the facts and circumstances of the case , writ

Patna High Court CWJC No.4793 of 2020(3) dt.06-11-2023 2/2 petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to file a representation before The District Magistrate, Muzaffarpur (respondent No. 2) along with all the relevant documents in support of the claim, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of this order.

4. In the event, such representation is filed before respondent No. 2 (The District Magistrate, Muzaffarpur), the same shall be to dispose of in accordance with law after hearing all the parties preferably within a further period of six months from the date of receipt of the representation .
