JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 30-11-2015 Heard Sri Chandra Shekhar Anand, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Public Prosecutor. The petitioner, who is in custody since 12.05.2015 in connection with Baruraj P.S. Case no.141/2014 registered for the offence under Sections 363, 366 of the Indian Penal Code, has prayed for grant of bail.
It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that it was only a case of last seen of the petitioner with the son of the informant. Besides this, there is no other allegation against the petitioner.
I have perused the materials available on record. On perusal of the record, it appears that the kidnapped child has not been recovered till date and the petitioner was seen with the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.52026 of 2015 (2) dt.30-11-2015 2/2 victim.
At the moment, I do not find any ground to extend the privilege of bail. The petition stands dismissed. (Rakesh Kumar, J) NKS/- U
