JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 15-01-2018 The petitioner, by way of the present writ petition, makes a grievance that though her co-employees who were junior to her, have been granted requisite promotions, she has not been promoted to the said post.
The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he would file a representation before the respondent no. 2 and it may be directed to be disposed of within a stipulated time. The petitioner may file the representation before the respondent no. 2 regarding her grievance pertaining to her promotion and in case, such representation is filed within four weeks from today, the same shall be disposed of by a reasoned and speaking order within four weeks thereafter.
