JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 18-02-2020 The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Bihra P.S. Case No. 229 of 2019, registered for offences punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Allegation is of recovery of 112 litres of liquor from the house of the petitioner and it appears that she is accused in one more case, as per supplementary affidavit of the petitioner. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the house from which, the alleged recovery was made is a joint house and she has been in custody since 28.12.2019 and ready to abide by any condition imposed on her.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, in view of the submissions as above, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.7675 of 2020(2) dt.18-02-2020 2/2 furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000 (Rs. Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Excise, Saharsa, in connection with Bihra P.S. Case No. 229 of 2019.
