The petitioner seeks bail in Khagaria (Chitragupta Nagar) P.S. Case No. 421 of 2012, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 328, 379 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that the persons sitting on the tractor offered him cold drinks, thereafter the informant became unconscious and his belongings were snatched. The informant suspected hands of Luxman Mandal, Chano Mandal @ Chandra Kishore Mandal and Bablu Singh.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that Chano Mandal @ Chandra Kishore Mandal has already been enlarged on bail in Cr. Misc. No. 39353 of 2014. The case of the petitioner

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51363 of 2014 (3) dt.01-05-2015 2/2 stands on the same footing.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in connection with Khagaria (Chitragupta Nagar) P.S. Case No. 421 of 2012.
