2. The present petition has been preferred for :- "(a) To direct the respondents to pay the compensation for the land which has been acquired by the respondents for widing the N.H.Road 57 in the year 2006.

(b) To direct the respondents to pay interest upon the compensation amount which has not been paid to the petitioner after acquisition of the land in the year 2008.

(c) To direct the respondents to pay the compensation amount against the land bearing plots nos 1598A, 1742A, 1606A, 1619A on which

(d) To direct the respondents to pay the compensation with statutory interest which is upon the amount of compensation to the petitioner. (e) The direct the respondents to pay compensation for cattle shed amounting to Rs. 2 lacks which was also demolished by the respondents.

(f) To grant any other/others relief-reliefs for which the petitioner is. entitled under the facts and circumstances of the instant case."

3. Learned State counsel submits that the matter relates to the year 2006 and ten years later, the present petition has been filed.

4. Since there is no appearance on behalf of the petitioner, the writ petition stands dismissed for nonprosecution. (Rajiv Roy, J) Saurav/- U
