Petitioner's father late Chandra Bhushan Sharma died in harness on the post of Assistant Teacher in Upgraded Middle School, Chhatrauli, Dhanarua, Patna.

Petitioner claims death-cum-retiral benefits of late employee. In this regard, he has represented before the respondent no. 2, the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Patna but the same has not received any response.
