It is alleged that one country made loaded pistol and three live cartridges were recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Para-3 of the petition reveals that petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent. He is languishing in jail custody since 09-08-2014. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as submissions of the parties, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Khagaria in connection with Mansi P.S.
