Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Jalalpur P.S. Case No. 143/2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A/323/313 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the last order dated 26.04.2022, the petitioner has produced a demand draft of Rupees Two Lakhs Ninety-nine thousand and produces cash of rupees one thousand which has been received by the learned counsel for the opposite party

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.19610 of 2021(7) dt.16-05-2022 2/2 No. 2. The supplementary affidavit is taken on record. In view of the above and in view of the compromise petition annexed in Annexure-2 and also exercising my power under Section 482 of the Cr. P.C., the F.I.R. (Jalalpur P.S. Case No. 143/2019) registered for the offences punishable under sections 498A/323/313 of the Indian Penal Code is hereby quashed.
